COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY

Our team is working hard to ensure that all the necessary safety measures and precautions will be in place for Energy Risk USA 2022. We will be constantly monitoring the situation so that when you take your seat, it is as safe as possible and in line with all the government guidelines. We are expecting guidelines to change throughout the next few months so our measures will change with them. However, we are hopeful that the current roadmap for corporations ending the work-from-home status quo, will allow us all to have a productive event without being disrupted by COVID-19 precautions.

 

ARRIVAL

Upon arrival all guests will be required to present either:

 

  1.  Proof that the individual is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or
  2.  Proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test taken 72 hours prior to the event you are attending.

a.      Proof of COVID-19 test results must be time stamped no earlier than 72 hours prior to the event you are attending. Each individual over the age of 18 will be required to show an approved government issued identification for admission to the venue. The identification of the individual on the vaccination card or negative COVID-19 test result must match the identity on the approved government issued identification.

 

Per the CDC, people are considered fully vaccinated:

 

  •  2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer, Moderna, Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine or other vaccine approved by the World Health Organization, or
  •  2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

 

If you don’t meet these requirements, you are not fully vaccinated and will need to provide proof of negative COVID-19 test taken 72 hours prior to the event you are attending.

 

We ask that no guest attends if they have tested positive for COVID-19 or/and have been in contact with someone who has recently tested positive for COVID-19 or/and who is experience COVID-19 Symptoms themselves or/and feeling unwell.

 

Before the event all guests will be required to submit their full contact details for track and trace purposes.

ONCE INSIDE

The conference will consist of well spaced-out rooms and seating, and there is a cap on the number of attendees we will host in order to facilitate safe participation.

 

Masks are recommended when arriving or walking around the venue but can be taken off when seated or participating in a meeting/ group discussion. As a courtesy, we recommend that you ask a fellow guest if they’re comfortable to speak without masks before removing your own mask. Hand sanitizer and other cleanliness precautions will be provided by the venue and/or event organizers.

 

The above check-lists and your consideration as a valued guest will mean that all our conference attendees can reconnect and have a productive event whilst knowing that the event is taking place in the safest possible environment.
